There are many reasons to go vegitarian, but it is a big step to take. Animals do not die for our survival but for our pleasure,
contrary to popular belief. Many people survive without eating any animal products at all. But a vegitarian simply takes the
step of not eating the animal itself. Many other products are still consumed by vegitarians, but the main source of murder
is eliminated from the diet. Not only is it more healthy to go vegitarian, but more humane as well.
Stop killing animals! As a matter of fact, stop harming animals at all! Any way you slice it, it's still flesh.
Going vegan is a step further. This means to refuse any products at all that come from animals. A lot of products contain
animal products that you might not think of. This is why you must study before taking this step. You must also balance your
diet. Unlike the average American diet or the Vegitarian's diet, you can not get away with eating whatever you want as long
as it is vegan. I learned this the hard way and would pass out quite frequently. My stupidity and wrecklessness with it forced
me back to vegitarianism. So make sure you know what you're doing before you start. But if you do make the step to become
vegan, you will be helping free animals from death and harm by refusing to be a part of it.
Thoughts and words are worthless unless acted upon.
